NALC offers aid to Japanese postal union: President Fredric Rolando has reached out to the Japanese Postal Group Union, offering the union's assistance following the earthquake and tsunami that caused massive destruction and loss of life. You can read Rolando's letter here, as well as the JPGU's letter to the international community about their losses. Members are encouraged to donate to the Red Cross to assist with relief efforts.
